On call tonight so a late start for work and a chance to take the young ‘un to nursery in the running buggy; sub zero temps be dammed! Stunning views of the mist hanging over the river on the way back.

A pretty stonking run this morning, managing a sub 5min/km pace half marathon. And that was despite the copious mud in the woods and having to jump some fallen trees.

The Bicurious album is one of my favourites from the year. Immense sound from just the two guys with a mix of sounds including post rock and math rock with some killer riffs.
