It was powerful to be in a crowd united by a belief in our Constitution and a shared desire to Save Democracy.
As a family physician, I’ve dedicated my career to the health and well-being of my community. I believe a healthy community is impossible without a healthy democracy.
Public health relies on truth, and our society depends on the rule of law, due process, and respect for the Constitution.

Today, I was proud to join thousands of fellow Charlotteans—veterans, teachers, parents, and people from all walks of life—at the "No Kings" event to stand up for these core American values. This wasn't about party; it was about protecting the democratic systems that protect all of us.
