I need help with this 35mm Star Trek TOS Film clip. This is obviously from the Star Tre TOS Second Season episode The Changeling, but I am wondering it it's from a trimmed scene because I can't find it in the episode. Can anyone help?

I have a lot of 35mm Star Trek TOS Film clips originally from Lincoln Enterprises. Gene Roddenberry sold unused film through Lincoln Enterprises to fans to help raise support for Star Trek. This unused film included deleted and trimmed scenes, alternate takes, bloopers and pre-special effects clips.
