Combine what your tests show with your personal story:
- Your age
- Your diagnosis
- Your goals
- Your timeline
Options may include:
Timed intercourse, IUI, Early consultation with a fertility specialist

Is It Fear-Mongering?

No —it’s about being informed.

Your doctor isn’t pushing treatment—they’re helping you make evidence-based decisions.

For many women, natural conception is still possible!
But it’s wise to set a timeline (6–12 months) and have a plan.

What the Research Shows:

Studies reveal that women with moderate to severe endometriosis may have:

- Lower fertility rates
- Even with normal AMH and open tubes
So, AMH alone doesn’t tell the whole story.

How Endometriosis Can Interfere:
Even with surgery and open tubes, endometriosis can:
- Cause scarring or adhesions
- Create inflammation that disrupts fertilization or implantation
- Leave behind microscopic disease invisible to the eye
