My point is that the fault lies just as heavily with the creators of Grok as well as the people abusing it.
It is not one or the other.
Both groups of people are at fault, I do not see why you felt the need to argue this. I can only assume it was my wording not being clear.

Grok, as the tool, is flawed because it's creators did not put in safeguards.
They pushed the tool forwards without the safeguards, willingly or not, and into the hands of people who are abusing it.
