I’ll admit it’s a failure on my part to summon the will on the 3rd or 4th day to reheat the same thing. Which is an issue for me on most recipes that don’t easily scale downwards. I freeze things and then wish them bon voyage on their 2nd or 3rd anniversary of being consigned into cold purgatory.

I like some of these quiche ideas, especially the black bean one. But I have a poor track record with reheating quiche and usually end up throwing away a lot of the leftovers.
