Project managers commission this research with the expectation the results will tell them what they want to hear. They're always going to do what they want, they just want data to make arguments with. If the overwhelming negative response makes 'em shit their pants even a little, it's worth it imo

I do need to address some priorities to make more space for what I want. A lot of my free time that isn't taken up by life admin is spent on excercise. Whatever is left needs to be balanced with relaxation so I gotta be careful not to burnout weh
