? I’m confused. He’s not my dog. It was a something in San Francisco that I was driving by. Of course I prioritize the dogs safety and well being but I do not know the owner or the dog. I simply ran into them and assisted her so her dog didn’t get hit by a car.

I saw a young St. Bernard yesterday with a leash, dragging in the middle of the road and a woman just sitting in her car with her door open. I went around the block and walked up to the dog with my treat/bait bag and easily got him. It was amazing how unprepared this woman was to own a dog.
