I have a weird question. What did ppl do in public before we had phones to disappear in? Did they just look at ppl and make eye contact with everyone? Sounds so alien to me now

I'm visiting Alaska to expand my life experience. The world is such a beautiful place. This glacier is 4 miles long and about 0.5 miles smaller than it was 50 years ago. I don't want places like this to go extinct. Even if it won't be in my lifetime

Last night Oblivion became the first Bethesda game where I finished the main questline. I've played Oblivion in the past along with Skyrim and Starfield for hours while only doing side missions. I've heard that same story from many other people. Bethesda is just really good at world building.

I've just finished playing Avowed and the longer I played it, the more I got confused about why people were hating it. It had genuine characters that were a joy to play with. It's like studios can't release an open world game anymore without being stuffed with every other open world feature ever.

So many people are hating on @marathonthegame.bungie.net. I don't see what the hate is for. The game looks awesome and I can't wait to play it. If @bungie.net just puts their gunplay onto a polished extraction shooter then that's already a huge improvement for me over other extraction shooters.

Captain America: Brave New World is nowhere near as bad as people online had me believe. It's probably a solid 7.5/10 movie for me. It had some silly parts but the story is decent and the action was actually really cool towards the end

I'm normally checked out of politics this many months after election day and inauguration. But news of so much crazy stuff keeps coming up and I feel like I'm blowing up my group chats. That's why I need Bluesky. To vent about political stuff that is probably going to affect me

Done with likely my last snow trip of the season. My progress this year surpassed all my previous years combined. I finished off by making this tiny jump but I'm hoping to go bigger next year.

As you spend your life developing your world views/beliefs, you have to think of it as if you are also researching it for the world. To be prepared to explain your findings to people. Else you find it difficult to accept someday that you could be totally wrong, and cling to those beliefs.

I'm very proud of the cover image for my new game. It captures how I think players will feel stranded in a desert with predators lurking around.

I went out and watched Gladiator 2 tonight. I had high expectations because I hate when sequels disrespect a classic years later but this one was great. Great pieces of nostalgia put in the movie and it also stands on its own feet by being a great movie about action and politics.
