Glad you enjoyed it @richardfallon.bsky.social. We’ve been looking - and asked around - and we’re pretty sure it’s a myth. No evidence it ever existed as far as we can see. We’d love to be proven wrong of course!

On Gruner/Dracula, it's interesting that Violet de Merville is described as an ethereal other-world beauty. A touch of Lucy Westenra perhaps?
