For those unfamiliar, the ISO is our regional grid operator, whose mission is to deliver "competitively priced" electricity. Our prices are 140% higher than the rest of the US. They have failed.

Today was Halloween Day at the DECD, and instead of 1 there were 6 Dan O’Keefe’s! The skit was that I had been cloned so I could be in 6 different places at once to call sites dystopian hellscapes. Clearly I am becoming predictable.
