the BBC does not need to apply its balance theory when reporting the CoViD-19 enquiry findings. We are already paying for a independent process. All parties have been able to explain themselves to the enquiry; no need to give some a second chance.
Just report the enquiry findings.

it seems now that people are allowed to mention Brexit on the BBC as a contributory factor to the state of UK industry and trade. It's not a new factor, but for years post Brexit you hardly heard the "B" word on an impartial BBC.
