basically, i used to use picsur for all my selfhosted image needs- but now its been abandoned, with the planned S3 storage support unimplemented. so, i decided i would have a go at it myself

been playing rune factory guardians of azuma, approx 15 hours in atm. early review:
Twitter thread from @laviniaplei which reads: "early rf azuma review: i do like it a lot, and as a Vidya Gaem Experience (tm) i think its quite good, but i cant help but feel like it doesnt have the jank that made the numbered rune factory entries charming. "the rough edges have mostly been sanded off, and what remains is something that feels a lot like harvestella with more fleshed out farming- which is great, i love harvestella, but its not quite rune factory "if i was held at gunpoint and told to assign a numeric score id say something along the lines of 7.5/10, with the caveat that i would give rune factory 5, a game i love a good deal more than azuma, a 6/10 at best "(as for the other rf entries ive played, id give rf4 7/10 and rf3 8/10. have yet to play rf1 or 2) "it just feels very limiting mechanically, i suppose. theres a lot more pretty and slick set pieces, but i cant put poison in my held item slot and throw it at a monster twice my level to cheese fights"
