Gonna rob a bank today, because I don't think they should have more money than me. This is insanity.

Imagine being a law enforcement agent posing for pictures with captured prisoners, let alone the president of a country. You don't have to have any view of what the US did in Venezuela to recognize that these guys are complete jackoffs.

Further, I am paying for it. Yet another case of corporate welfare: public risk (my risk) for private gain (their gain).

Trump is literally insane, and I can't think about it any more because that would require me to entertain the non-zero (and rising) chance that he will destroy this country. Economically, geopolitically, actually - take your pick - and not dealing with this reality gets us deeper into it by the day.

This is insane. Congress better step in or this man will be the death of us.

Like a bank needs to be robbed. Like underage girls needed Epstein and friends. Like contractors need to be stiffed. They're all dogs. Suckers & losers. It's so obvious. They're asking for it. Begging for it. Can't you see?

This thing with lying about things that are easily proven false has got to be some kind of sickness.

Trying to recall the last "arrest operation" that caused the death of 40 people, or 80 people, or any people.
January 4, 2026 at 11:27 PM
He's on track to destroy everything. #ETTD. Once the Depression hits and markets react, there will be no turning around even if Trump suddenly disappeared.
January 4, 2026 at 11:24 PM
Trump has no friends, and if he did, he wouldn't care about them (which is why he has none). "My friends will be hurt" is code for "I will be hurt".

The Maduro trial has the potential to be an absolute farce and an embarrassment.

Name the last time an "arrest operation" killed 40 people. This was no "arrest operation".

Yes, AI provides efficiencies. Businesses love AI, and consumers hate AI. I'm going to go ahead and predict this relationship is not only structural and fixed, but that the gap will widen as people start feeling the consequences with business AI adoption.

When every supermarket uses it, you will no longer be able to walk away.
January 3, 2026 at 11:30 PM
Spoiler Alert: Shopping is not unsafe because supermarkets don't use biometric data to identify customers, and though this may be a shocker, they are using or anticipate using this data to increase revenue, at the expense of customers.

A great opportunity for Trumpian economics: Flood the market with supply then bail out the oil industry on the backend at taxpayer's expense. A win for Trump, a win for the oil industry, and a double loser for the American people. It's perfect.

Republicans have acted in bad faith for more than a decade. Perhaps McConnell's Supreme Court shenanigans should have been a clue but it started long before. Some Democrats still think they can work within the system, and some still haven't even caught on. Simply tragic.

You hear that, MAGA? GOP greenlight on foreign war from the party who sold you on "no new wars".
