Apart from giving a few classes I've been turning 1kg of onions into caramelized onion to go on top of the bean paste I made earlier. It's a traditional Romanian dish called fasole batuta, forgive my bad spelling any Romanians who see this.

Today, apart from being my birthday I've been making seitan using the washed flour method. I'm not vegan or vegetarian, just curious about the process and results. I ordered some liquid smoke for the project and adore the aroma. I'll probably use it in everything

I don't understand the sketchiness of these drone reports. Apparently now over Belgium 1 to 3 drones were detected and a helicopter dispatched to find nothing. The report goes on to say it was unclear if the drones flew over the military base or not. Stealth drones?
