Portrait Of Kalmyk Girl, Annushka, painted by Ivan Argunov, (1727 – 1802, Russian) This portrait was painted around 1767. Argunov was a serf, as was Annushka. Annushka is holding a posthumous picture of Varvara Sheremetev, who was both her teacher and her mistress.

Here is an instrument I invented, play and write for.

It's a Bamboo stalk with 8 strings spiraling around it.
Played with a bow it sounds something like Cello with a more harmonic rich tone.

It's pretty tall, about 6 and a half feet in height.
