Today, I organised a wellbeing day for the U12s I coach at Dunfanaghy Youths. We had some icebreaker games, yoga, talks from the FAI on nutrition, recovery, and staying in sport and finished up the day with a few matches and a penalty shootout. Good for body, good for mind.

My niece was a mascot this time last year for the Irish team. She met Stephen Kenny and likes to think they're mates 😆 Even she thinks he has to go.

Was delighted to see this on Facebook a few days ago and made contact with the poster. This was my granny and granddad's cottage they landed at and I remember being told about it by them as a child. My granny was a notorious Baker and her scones were unrivalled.

She had a long day yesterday travelling up and down to Dublin for the Ireland match with a very early start. She had two football matches this morning. Now, she's fallen asleep after watching the Arsenal match 😆 Phew....

The face of absolute joy in the Aviva yesterday. As a budding professional footballer it's important that she sees that it's possible to play for your country as a young woman from rural Donegal. Amber Barrett and Tyler Toland representing that so perfectly. When you see it, you can be it 😀
