Das Ziel wurde erreicht und die Finanzierung für die Ukraine ist wohl wieder gesichert. Dass die EU eine Kompromismaschine ist und immer sein wird, um unterschiedliche staatliche Interessen der Mitglieder auszugleichen, ist eine Kunst und sollte weniger auf ein Land projiziert werden. 😉

Even if the solution does not appear to be ideal for the respective position at first glance, it demonstrates the full extent of the EU's ability to compromise between the most diverse national interests. Nevertheless, the EU achieves the desired goal.
