I don't believe for a second that JD Vance refuses medication and just toughs out pain when he experiences it. I might believe he tries to shame his wife and children for needing medication for their own pain. What a loathsome creature he is.

Our system inhibits the formation of post-election coalition governments. It is in the nature of strong presidential systems Our coalitions must form before our elections. We are better off working on building an effective coalition under a major party umbrella than trying to break the party apart.
