1/2 After 4 and a half amazing years, I will be moving to a new role in January as Director of Education for Southampton City Council- an exciting new role & professional challenge.

Today we are delighted that Westbury Leigh Primary School officially joins Palladian Academy Trust! It’s taken a while to get here but it’s great to finally welcome them to our Trust family of schools 🙏

Just before tomorrow begins - an important message:

Grades 1-3 are not fails. Us or Xs are. Anyone with a 1-3 HAS GOT A GCSE. And for some of those kiddos, a 1 or a 2 or 3 can be a phenomenal result that they deserve to be proud of. Let’s be a bit more responsible in our language.

Definitely this! This summer I have regained control over my perspective and my body! Hope it lasts! Let’s keep each other accountable!

Another vote for National College. We use it for all colleagues and governors. Makes it easy to track whether all mandatory training has been completed too
