I think people consuming sports media value two things above all: authenticity and competence. The Ravens takes show a lack of one of those qualities.

No one is asking for perfect predictions. In the case of Ravens and Lions - they operate like college teams, running up the score on bad/beaten teams. I know you try to mitigate that by taking into account the strength of opponent. Maybe need a further penalty depending on the score difference

Maybe build in some sort of penalty for losing a game? I imagine you'd like it to be more predictive - if it can't predict at all then it's not doing a good job quantifying the past either.

But by all means, keep hammering away as-is losing credibility.

If a team can't absorb a bad call and still win, it means they're not good enough.
