It’s nuts and a shame that NHL contracts aren’t structured with incentive. I wonder how EP40 would play if a chunk of his 11.6 was predicated on making the playoffs/ hitting a certain point target etc. would also relieve pressure on the player so that in a down year they make less. #canucks

I have no idea what happened behind closed doors. But aside from Hughes, there aren’t many other players on this team that I really care about. JT was the guy and we lost a lot of heart with that trade. I don’t know if I can continue to support this dysfunctional organization and team.

Shouldn't management be saying to these 2 guys: "ok, you guys can't figure out how to be pros and work together. One of you has to go. So if one/both of you wants out, you're going to need to show it on the ice so we can trade you for good value or qualify keeping you around. Grow up!”
