I also use my debit card. They will put you in a higher category if you use a credit card or PayPal.

I shop for grocery delivery at Walmart, Aldi, and Amazon. I often spend hours filling one of these carts, price comparing and choosing products: putting three products in my cart for comparison and usually only keeping the cheapest. But most importantly, I abandon these carts because I get tired.
