I'm just very critical and want horror to be written well! I want movies to take advantage of its narrative, build-up, composition and colour to create something terrifying! But i also appreciate it when silly things are treated seriously or horror is made fun of

I really love film and picking apart why a narrative isn't satisfying to me. Unfortunately I can't love most CLASSIC horror movies like Halloween, because I just think they're poorly written, even for the time. but i ALSO love it when movies are so bad they're funny, like Jason X

Patch has always been this "lone wolf" type of character that I depicted as a skilled warrior and creepy little threat, despite their adorable exterior! They're essentially supposed to be a horror movie slasher for plushies, lol!
They're also one of the few characters I made in high school!

This Autumn related piece features the characters Napkin and Patch, two ghost-possessed plushies from different walks of life that have become friends. Together they travel the world, because Patch wants to find better body parts they're happier with! They've shared their eyes.

I like it when certain features of a character's design change in different settings, such as the mask glowing in the dark!
It also has a "human disguise", which looks incredibly out of place, lol. I wanted that form to have a "human bill cipher" type of feel. A weird little guy with chaotic energy.

at least the CGI is made by real artist, who are paid for their work, can put the projects they worked on on their portfolio and then continue to work on more projects they're passionate about and excited to work with! AI is completely without love and soul, and trained on stolen work too.
