Clever girl ❤️ I love it when they work out their own amusements. Clem, our first dog, used to sink balls in water then play finding them. It was his own invention and required a particular type of ball. Losing one such was a tragedy.

Roofers are on their way, I blocked all the eave vents temporarily so the bathroom is usable again
Had a quote for heaters at the flat, old storage ones have had it.
The cold I was getting has abated, much relieved. Must get ready for our trip up north.

I hope the clinical investigation went well and wasn't too traumatic. Fingers crossed for good results 🤞.
We postponed today's trip out due to miserable weather. No roofers as they can't work safely in the rain. I'm below par with an incipient cold, taking extra vit C. Not the best of days.

Retro is basically decent quality second hand, usually about 60s/70s but can be earlier. Mostly too modern to be deemed antique.

I've got a relaxed day of recovery. Despite not drinking alcohol, I'm feeling rather day afterish, probably all the singing and dancing. The madrigals went well and the party was fun in the evening.

Hopefully the doctor will be able to pinpoint some issues for you, or at least rule out certain conditions.
We now have tiles, but no insulation or ceiling. It is usable, if chilly. All should be completed next week, touch wood (which I can due to absence of ceiling).
