all i want is for people to understand me why must i explain myself all the time :(

and explaining to people why i act a certain way or just for understanding by saying "hey!! i have adhd so some things might be hard for me!!" sounds so embarrassing and humiliating. all they hear must be like "wow this person has such a convenient excuse to be a dysfunctional member of society!!"
