I went there during Covid so no tourists in Hollywood & I was so shocked by the number of homeless people many seemed to have MH issues

I don’t know if you have spatone available but I found that much better than iron tablets, you need to have vitamin c for iron to work so take it with fruit juice. I’m hopeless at taking tablets etc 🤣🙈 iron deficiency will make you bleed more though

Here we would phone the drs & most likely tell the receptionist what’s happening & they would decide or we have a non urgent phone number that gets us through to a dr eventually. I don’t know what systems you have but don’t leave it any longer

Have you been to the drs? I think they can give you something to stop bleeding but you need to get this sorted out asap

I settled before tribunal but school used the old one & therapies have also been using an old one. 5 case officers in a year has not helped I imagine

Changing the subject 🤣 I just found out the other day that school have been using an old EHCP for my son who has only managed 2 days the entire term. I feel like I need to do something but paralysed by what 🙈

Strawberries are high salicylates. Lots of people get rashes with strawberries in any case. I think adhd/aud people have more problems with allergies & the older ive got the worse they are

These were old Roman costumes - gladiators etc. probably Egyptian next year 😱. Brownie badges were the only thing I sewed & they were awful
