#5 cheering crowd (4 pic limit) there's a bunch of other cards from this set I quite likes as well that made it into decks. Also have to say if gonna have 6+ sets a year one that's smaller as long as draftable a few time probably a good thing.

What if they kept the DECKMASTER and for universe beyond did the franchise name like they were originally gonna do with expansions?

These examples are the things that need to be considered by who ever writes the rules, every possible scenario for all cards that exist now but could exist later. Things that feel intuitive in game have pages of rules text to make it work with other parts of the game. All rule changes have ripples.

Now I don't know if such a legendary card currently exists, but lets just for one second say there was only one hybrid in Tasigur's ability could he still be Sultai if the pip at deck construction is and OR and not an AND?
Maybe hybrid mana is a more quantum state, like that cat. 🤷

Yes however the biggest issue with the hybrid problem in regards to deck construction is that it shows up in both the casting cost and activated ability. So you get people wanting to put manamorphos in Birgi and want Tasigur to still be sultai When in the Zone. It's messy.

The Issue with the Rys as an example is the number of Hybrid pips could lead to some to say, well i choose this pip to be green and this one white. And to your point this is the problem and why it's a rules nightmare.
