I kinda wonder how much some countries keep quiet because they're more worried about a neighbor and think they can get US support. E.g. South Korea/Japan/Philippines worried about China, Europe worried about Russia. Saudi Arabia signed a deal to buy fighter jets from the US recently.

This is just me thinking about possible motives really. I do not believe we have interacted before and I want to wish you the best in navigating the world.

I can imagine some people block immediately. I can also imagine some people have some grievance (real or perceived), and then seeing that in a bio may block out of ableism.

Some may block thinking you're claiming disability when they tell themselves that you are not neurodiverse but annoying.

I'm not a good judge of what dress shoes should cost, but isn't that maybe, at most, a bit above the average? It's certainly not woefully extravagant given that there are heels that can 1,000+. And it looks like those shoes are sturdy too.
