i dont think it's a v good recipe but if you like chocolate cardboard or see any way to improve this lol
- 150g silken tofu
- 3 tbsp corn syrup/sweetener
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
(mix the wets together)
- 150g flour (i use oat) +baking powder
mix + add choco chips, add some milk if dry
25min at 400F

update: switched out white flour for oat flour and it tastes better. also added more sweetener and a bit of milk for moisture. i think i like that the scone is very neutral so i get to taste the chocolate chips better
