NEW: Effective tomorrow (Jan. 21), Lightning Lane Premier Pass at Walt Disney World will be available to all guests. Previously it was only available to resort guests. With this change, resort guests can buy LLPP 7 days in advance and all guests can buy 3 days in advance.
