She did the time honored thing all Soldiers learn in basic and carry with them the rest of their time in uniform (and beyond), she selflessly covered down on another Soldier’s shift so that Soldier could spend time at home. An excellent example of the modern Soldier. Such a shame.

We have the peloton bike and tread. We bought our own dumbbells and use their instructors for 20 minute strength tng classes. None our our weights are over 25 pounds and I get a great workout. The bike keeps the impact down but nothing is better than running for cardio if your body can handle it.

Making dumb shit mandatory is always the best way to get the troops to support your initiatives. They will definitely read it and not just sign a roster saying they did it.
