Like I can honestly say im barely pushing through day to day sometimes and the most "productive" or calm i ever get is when im at home playing games. And I barely have enough mental energy for that sometimes. Like how the hell do I "get better" when even the minimum takes it out of me?

I do. It would feed into my selective mutism I've struggled with growing up and social anxiety
