I'm working on a multi-year lawn and garden renovation as it were, and this year there will be wildflowers wildly strewn in the general flower bed around the house while I focus elsewhere.
3 large seed packets of different wildflower blends. Birds and butterflies, hummingbirds, and pollinators.

Sunday mornings are for making smoothies in Echoes of Wisdom. My Unfortunate Smoothie (salt and butter!) didn't make the store recipes cut.

I want a goat.
At the goat petting zoo, I'm kneeling and brushing a black and white goat who later rubbed her itchy head on my leg so hard I thought I would bruise. Just ran my first ever Avatar Legends one shit, and it was a blast! In the good way. Nothing exploded.

My 2025 quilt is nearing completion. (The plan is to finish the top in class this month.) Last part before class is piano keys border!

I have enjoyed finding a new hobby and exploring it as a creative outlet. Never thought I'd like sewing, but I do now!

My sewing adventures just got a lot more fun.

Today's quilting progress. Got the small squares arranged how I like.
Geometric cotton half square triangles in shades of pinks and purples with black filler pieces. This is from the September 2025 Kona block of the month quilt pattern. The same quilt squares in 9 sections (one is missing because it's on the unpictuted sewing machine). Some are pressed because they've been sewn and others are clipped together awaiting sewing. Also the instruction card for the month shows what a white -background finished block can look like.
