Tip for the DLC incoming, don’t be afraid to start the, let’s call it the more relaxed seeming one, it actually fills in a part of the whole gameplay loop that feels just lovely to engage with.

The 1st game has one of the strongest artistic aesthetics I can think of, I pushed through that game’s microtransaction hell because of it I’m pretty sure.

I always imagine any bugs in these large scale RPGs is entangled in the base logic of the game, and pulling one thread pulls the whole tangle of yarn with it

I would wait 1 week for any significant issues the patch causes to be patched.

KCD2 is probably your best bet all around. There’s nothing in Cyberpunk that is as good as most of The Witcher 3’s really lovely feel.

The 2 main problems I encountered after playing through after DLC 1 came out:
1. Game needed serious rebalancing to make fights difficult after certain points.
2. The 1st DLC was a legit 10/10 DLC, and I fear I would fear on missing another 10/10 if I did a 2nd playthrough now.
