When a pre-game odds underdog leads by 20 or more points, but loses by at least 3.

What's compelling about all the data I've looked at for double upset games is the volatility can exist for more than a single set of reasons.

Possible double upset in progress. The Mavericks have taken a semi early 20+ point lead. This game was flagged heavily negative in the system today so we're expecting the mavs to hold out or lose by 1-2.

I thought the Pacers were going to hang on but no. This was the first real Double Upset of the season. Even though the indicators weren't strong, it felt good to see one. And it shows the volatility of these types of games.

Today, pre game indicators show a favoring towards the Wizards at OKC. This game currently has one of the best combinations making it the 3rd highest scoring game in our system this season.
Barring any large odds movements, this game warrants double upset observation.

Last night we saw 3 out of the 10 games feature an underdog lead of 20 or more points. Unfortunately, the pre game favorite couldn't make the comebacks.

This game is giving the best matches for pre game Double Upset indicators so far this season.
Since it's a later game we may see some odds movements effect the indicator scoring, but it shouldn't be much.

One of those ended up being a double upset, but not the highest flagged game from yesterday. Great data for moving forward this season.
