I think she is continuously in a dim loop.

Thought he played alongside Heggeboe but dropped off effectively too. Made a difference. Suddenly we had a real threat.

Price, despite some very good goals, has had very little impact for some time. We looked far better with Maja in a ‘10’ role.
Mason needs to make a decision re his best option at right back and stick with it. Campbell made a huge difference today. Moved ball more quickl/ effectively with Bielik.

The BBC ran this as the main evening news story including outraged vox pop reaction …then included the estate agent apology right at the end as if it was of little significance.
Appalling journalism.

Also found Carlos Vela 2011 injury-time equaliser against Wolves enormously satisfying.
The level of despair in the away support was a thing of beauty.

As someone from a working class family, I have absolutely no concern about where senior Labour politicians come from. I do want them to be shrewd, principled, articulate and effective.

Feel for you.
My club, West Bromwich Albion, was a shit show under previous owners. Much better now.
Things will get better.
Wednesday traditionally a great club and will rise again.

Gregg Wallace- The self-appointed representative of the working class. He is a fool looking for excuses and pity.
July 14, 2025 at 3:48 PM
Absolutely.
A lot of changes made will have positive impact over longer term. A good thing to do this, but to gain public support need also to start to see clear improvements more immediately too.

Working class hero? Seriously? What on earth has happened to the Guardian. This is complete nonsense.
July 8, 2025 at 4:50 PM
Agree.
Far from perfect, but so, so much better than what went before.
July 4, 2025 at 6:56 PM
Agree. Very impressed.

The universal payment of WFA was ridiculous at a time when finances are tight. The government should have been more on the front foot making clear the rationale for change.

Must be concerned about barges on the cut.

This is not about interpersonal skills.
Even if good relationships had been built, he would still have had a problem getting MP’s to vote for a policy they felt uncomfortable with.
The problem has arisen because the level of opposition and strength of feeling was underestimated.

No sense of irony…or responsibility
Or maybe just no sense.

Sweeping and unhelpful generalisation. Some schools cater for children with dyslexia exceptionally well, but some do not. Implementing consistent and effective best practice should be the aim.

Silence from our club captain for months on end followed by meaningless, cliches.

Fed up with hearing claims that we’ve underachieved. The Wallace interview is nonsense.
Seem to remember him saying something similar at the end of last season.
Too easy to keep repeating this.
Conclusion has to be that the players aren’t good enough or not committed enough.

Some neat, clever play in first half, but not creating enough- but when we did finishing was woeful.
Very disappointed with Armstrong so far. Great finish in first match but has missed too many decent chances.

I a ready stand safely in every game towards the back of the Smethwick.

I made the mistake once of buying a Le Shark t-shirt thinking it might also be a bit French and chic- 30 years later the family still take the piss.

Very interesting read. Many thanks.
