Ever since I was a kid watching the Jetsons, I knew the day would come when a robot would take my order at a restaurant. It didn’t make it any less unsettling when the AI drivethrough voice at the Frankfort White Castle told me, “Please drive forward to satisfy your craving.”

Most unforgettable pickup basketball game I ever played: 11 yrs ago at Glasgow YMCA—me, a juvenile I was prosecuting, his social worker, 2 court-appointed lawyers in that case, and Pascal Siakam’s brother, Boris. And that is why I'm cheering for the Pacers tonight.

Anthony Davis won championships for the Kentucky Wildcats and Los Angeles Lakers and will forever be one of my favorite players. It really sucks he doesn’t play for my team anymore.
