And so it begins. Judge Xinis ordered the DoJ to file a declaration by 9:30 this morning. Instead, they filed a motion for a modified scheduled demanding more time.

It shouldn't be that hard. If this is good enough for Harvie Wilkinson, it should be good enough for Roberts and Barrett.
