Great timing for a Sunday morning trip to Le Panier at #PikePlace! They’ve reopened after a remodel and I think a lot of people were struggling with Daylight Savings Time. With the sun out (a little bit) it was nice to check out the promenade down to the waterfront. #Seattle

A little piece of history: A letter bearing a special postmark for the #Apollo11 space flight. My uncle sent this to my mom & dad the day Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin & Michael Collins splashed down - 7/24/1969. My uncle was an officer on the #USSHornet CV/CVA/CVS 12. #USNRecoveryForce
