I saw it again in a TV show last night, and it drives me crazy! CPR heart massage will NOT force water out of a person's lungs or restore their breathing! It won't (except in rare cases) restart a heart, either. CPR is a stopgap measure used while waiting for a defibrillator.

Last night’s October supermoon rising and shining through the tree outside my bedroom window. It’s possible that I might be a little obsessed by the moon.
Full moon partially obscured by a tree.

It hurt me in the tail to write it😆

I LOVE this blurb--thanks, Mark!

Imagine a world where detectives dodge troll punches, witches curse over whiskey, and demons lurk in Yerba City's neon glow. That's the storm Lumsden creates, and readers are hooked like addicts in a speakeasy.

Buckle up, night owls and myth-chasers—because Douglas Lumsden isn't just an author; he's the shadowy sorcerer transforming the gritty pulse of classic noir into urban fantasy that flames on the page, leaving you craving more.

1325 words today. Pantsing the details, as usual, but I have a clear destination, and that's VERY unusual for me this early in a book. I actually know how this book will end and all the important steps to get there. This hasn't happened since Southerland, Book 2!

I'd love to participate in any way you think would be appropriate.

After three days of no writing (but lots of thinking) on Shade the Collector #3, I put down 1488 words yesterday and went past the 10K mark overall. It was a matter of having too many ideas rather than too few, and I had to acquire some focus.
