I agree with commenter above, you don’t owe anyone anything. That can be dangerous territory mentally.
Instead, create what you want to create, when you want to create it, and do it for yourself — so that you can be proud of what you do and why you do it.

I don’t see any issue with linking to good reviews on your social media. You are totally allowed to share your successes. The only issue would be if you were paying for those reviews, then than can be problematic.
