Many years ago I had, as a part of my job, to spend a day flying this area in a helicopter. It’s definitely the most spectacular place I have ever seen. There is many reasons why this place is so special, including the First Nations history. Truth and Reconciliation is central to its future.

35% returns on investments in real estate (mainly rental apartments) is a big problem in many markets. Also developers holding land to lower supply in smaller markets seems to drive up everything. More expensive new developments are keeping resales value up. Giving more to investors will not work

I agree it’s egregious and shows disrespect for human life and the environment, but compared to long long long list of egregious corrupt behaviour of a Felon-adjudicated-sexual predator-bankruptcy king-lying, President, this is bad, but hard to be at the top. Suffering & pain will continue for yrs.

Who would invest big in a shrinking market where cheaper supplies are available? China’s big movement off of oil is happening. Given the US Security Plan, how does another oil pipeline to supply China or Asia benefit the US? Any trade by any country from within the hemisphere must benefit the USA.
