Yes, controlled deorbit is usually the plan. But sensor/computer failures can derail the plan. Your fuel budget includes orbit adjusts while in operation and deorbit. Given this is a Musk endeavor, I am sure they are having a fair share of uncontrolled de-orbits.

The system is designed this way. All satellites in low earth orbit use propulsion to maintain their orbit, when the propulsion fuel is exhausted the orbit decays and re-entry occurs.

My theory is that white American culture is failing and as a result their college age children are not able to attend elite universities and are settling for southern universities with lower standards.

Amazingly stupid. My primary doctor and staff all mask because he is an infectious disease specialist. All patients must also mask. It is the exception. When the gop made preventative measures political the country was screwed.

I have heard nothing that explains why the US has to perpetually fund a standing army in a foreign country. I get that people in other countries might like that arrangement and they would like it to continue forever. Are you saying the Germans can not defend themselves given enough time?
