Using Mike Sando's QB tiers column from before the season. They had 34 possible veteran starting QBs.
Only 8 of them sat most of their rookie season.
4 were either tier 1 or 2.
Of the other 4 one was Rodgers who was tier 1 for years.
Only 14 QBs were tiers 1 or 2.
Only 8 of them sat most of their rookie season.
