As long as it's built with sound / vibration proofing (which would be expected with a modern build), it's surely the best place to live as you have easy access to the rest of the city!

Giving it away for free with SteamOS might help drive adoption, but making it exclusive would trigger a huge backlash (see Epic's exclusives).
