It's very springy. I was worried about that too but it's pretty secure and doesn't seem like it will break easily.

Yeah same, waiting for the full release and having all the kits available to choose from would be a better option.

In an ideal world it would be nice but it's not realistic. Everyone is different and goes at their own pace.
I'm a very slow painter, I don't ever complete a model from start to finish in one sitting and I don't have the energy to be expected to keep track of that information.

"Painting a whole army in 24 hours!!!" videos (and ones with similar clickbaity titles) on youtube are ruining the hobby, contributing the sense of urgency and fomo GW wants you to feel and ruins people's perception of miniature painting as the creative art form that it is.
