Yes, and, if Putin (who is, effectively, Russia) had the economy and the military that Trump (effectively the United States) has, he would currently be in full possession of Ukraine, the Baltics, and Poland, and he would be working on capturing Germany and France. The crazy part: US&Rus v NATO.
