What a great few days in Edinburgh at the Bilingualism Matters Symposium!

Loads of fab talks, great interactions with researchers and practitioners, and I even won a free ticket to next year's conference 🤯 what more could a girl ask for?!

It is so important to keep encouraging "mother languages". Whilst it's great to learn additional languages, this does NOT need to be at the expense of the first language.
