Thank you for sharing! May I add some tips for diagnosis? Hirayama typically affects males, teens, of Asian descent. Hits C7-T1 myotomes, therefore causing distal UE atrophy, with the brachioradialis uniquely spared. Can cause polyminimyoclonus along with the tremor.
